Where can you deliver?

We deliver to homes, offices, schools, hospitals, hotels, shopping centers, and restaurants. To make delivery possible, it is very important that you provide all the requested information when filling out the recipient information when placing your order and that you include exact delivery references.

For reasons beyond ARA DISEÑO FLORAL's control, in some cases we must adhere to the reception policies of the delivery establishment. Due to safety or hygiene issues, we are only allowed entry to the reception or booth. Please check with the establishment regarding their policies.

What happens if you cannot deliver?

If delivery is not possible at the location, your order can be rescheduled by requesting a new delivery service, subject to availability.

Deliveries to establishments:

At ARA DISEÑO FLORAL, we are committed to strictly complying with the policies of each location to ensure a hassle-free delivery experience. Since most hotels and hospitals do not accept flower deliveries due to their internal policies, we suggest you consider sending balloons or stuffed animals, which are available depending on the delivery area and comply with all hospital regulations.
